Refund & Returns Policy

Returns:
We offer a 14 day, change of mind, free return policy.
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your product for a full refund.
Return shipping costs for returning an order are paid for by us.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - completely undamaged and in it's original packaging.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted and we asses each matter on a case-by-case basis. Please still get in touch with us if 14 days has passed and you'd like to return your artwork.
To return your product, you should get in touch with us at support@vintagemaps.com.au for next steps. Do NOT return a product to us without emailing us to ask where to send it first.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first wait a few days and check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We can offer a replacement item if the item received is damaged in transit. We will send the same item to replace the damaged one. Please send us an email at support@vintagemaps.com.au
