Unframed Print Information

If you choose the "Unframed Print" option, you will receive an unframed paper print of your map. The paper we use to print on is 250 GSM museum-quality, thick, durable, matte paper (non-reflective & non-glossy). The inks we use are high-quality and UV protected and they will last a lifetime. This option is commonly chosen by those who wish to frame the map themselves.
Stretched Canvas Information

If you choose the "Stretched Canvas" option, your order printed of high-quality canvas material, gallery-wrapped and stretched around a wooden frame.

  • We use premium-grade, 360gsm canvas material.
  • Gallery-wrapped on a 3cm deep wooden frame.
  • Stretched Canvas orders arrive ready to hang.

Optional Floating Frame:

There is an option to have your "Stretched Canvas" framed. This is commonly called a "Floating Canvas" style. We have 3 frame colours that are available: Black, White or Dark Oak. Please note: Light Oak is not available as a colour option for the "Floating Frame" option, as it is a "Framed Print" colour option only.
Framed Print Information

If you choose the "Framed Print" option, we will print your order to the same specifications described in the "Unframed Print" section.

After printing, your order will be professionally framed. Our frames are made from FSC-approved wood, they are flat-edged and come with a museum-grade glass window. B1 & A0 sized frames come with an acrylic window. This is to prevent breakage while in transit.

We have 3 frame colours that are available: Black, White or Light Oak. Please note: Dark Oak is not available as a colour option for the "Framed Print" option, as it is a "Canvas Floating Frame" colour option only.

"Without Mat Board" means that the map will fill the frame window, edge-to-edge.

"With Mat Board" means that there will be a high-quality, white mat board inserted into the frame. The mat board gives the design a white boarder along the inside edge of the frame. The design will fill only the window inside the mat board.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays) and you should expect to receive it 1 - 5 days after dispatch, depending on your distance from Melbourne.

We send exclusively with known & reputable couriers such as Australia Post and Aramex. You'll receive a tracking number so that you can follow your delivery at every step.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit to you, then WE are responsible and will either issue a full refund or replacement. If you have not received your item within 10 working days of ordering, please be in touch and we will investigate further.
